If you requested a copy of your W2 to be mailed to your home address, one will be postmarked no later than January 31, 2020. Please allow seven to 10 days from that date for postal service.

All employees have access to the W2 electronically, regardless of if they chose to receive their W2 on paper. Both active and inactive employees have access to their W2s electronically.
